As a Group we specialise in counselling and psychotherapy.
We offer help to clients suffering from depression, anxiety, phobias, abuse, panic attacks, Post Traumatic Stress, or the aftermath of a bereavement. In addition our counsellors and therapists are called upon by Employers to provide Coaching, Training, Supervision and Mediation.
We are situated at the North End of Brighton very close to the main A23, Preston Park Station and within 10 minutes of the town centre.
Our clients come from Brighton; Hove; East Sussex; West Sussex; Surrey; Kent; Hampshire
Our Aim Is To- welcome clients from all cultures and ethnicities regardless of age, ability,
religion or sexual orientation.
